Hi! I’m Dr. Stacy Stacy. I am a Georgia native and long-time Decatur resident, who received my veterinary and undergrad degrees at UGA. For the last two years, I have been working as a relief veterinarian/independent contractor, handling shifts for various top-flight veterinary hospitals including Peachtree Hills Animal Hospital, Blue Pearl Veterinary Partners and Emergency Center of Sandy Springs.

I am so happy to return to the community I love and where I have spent the best part of the past 20 years making relationships with people and their pets. My professional interests include wellness, surgery and emergency medicine. But, mostly, I am rewarded by communicating with clients and guiding them through some of life’s difficult decisions and times of stress.

Hey! I’m Leona. I’ve been in the veterinary field for more than 14 years. I have loved ALL animals since I was a very small girl. I have had many different pets throughout my life such as birds, turtles, ferrets and even rats – although, cats will forever be my favorite. I am passionate about my job as a technician and take pride in treating every single patient as if they were my own. I am exceptionally good at nursing sick pets throughout illness and find fulfillment in making them feel better. I live in Ellenwood, Ga. with my boyfriend Craig, son Julian, and cats Queso, Lincoln and Paula. During my free time I enjoying spending time with my family, painting, and photography.

Hi! I’m Jennifer. I was born and raised in Georgia. I started in the veterinary world over ten years ago. I took a break and moved to Hawaii for a few years. While in Hawaii I adopted my two forever felines Drago and Khaleesi. On my return to Georgia I added another feline, Houdini, to the family. I am excited to be returning to my true passion, caring for furry patients and their wonderful clients. I look forward to meeting the clients and patients of Avondale Estates!

Hello! My name is, Carrie and I am one of the members of the receptionist team at AVH. AVH is the second animal hospital that I have had the pleasure of working in, and although I’ve only been here a short time, I love it. I am from Oakland, Ca., and am a diehard Oakland Raider fan by birth. I moved to the Decatur area at the beginning of 2019, and in my free time I enjoy going on adventures that more than almost always include great food, better drinks, music and new sceneries with my fur baby Sampson! I love scary movies and anything with fur and four legs!
